Returns and Refunds:

All purchases made from Tina Shivani are considered final and non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges if an incorrect size has been delivered. However, customized products are not eligible for exchange.

Conditions for Exchange:

Sale items are not eligible for exchange unless an incorrect order was delivered.

Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for bearing the DHL shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Notification Period:

Any requests for exchanges must be made within one week of receiving the order. Claims made after this period will not be considered.

International Orders:

For international orders, if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the shipping agency, Tina Shivani will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
